Products
Our apparel and merchandise may be produced on demand through fulfillment partners, including Printful. Product colors, sizing, and placement may vary slightly because of screen settings, print production, fabric, and manufacturing tolerances.
Orders and payment
Payment is collected at checkout through the payment methods shown on the checkout page. An order is not accepted until payment is completed and an order confirmation is generated. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders that contain errors, unavailable items, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing.
Shipping and fulfillment
Estimated delivery dates are estimates only. Production time, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Custom and print-on-demand items
Many items are custom produced after the order is placed. Because of this, orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production begins, except where required by law or as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Intellectual property
Website content, product designs, images, logos, and text are owned by or licensed to My Ancestor’s Pride unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our content without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, My Ancestor’s Pride is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of this website, delays, delivery issues, or product use.
